Job summary

PT Sinar Alfa Omega is seeking an Admin CI to support the Operational Excellence team by managing project data, KPI tracking, and documentation. You will coordinate follow-ups across departments and help Kaizen, 5S, and audit activities with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The role requires data-savvy, organized individuals who can handle cross-functional information from Production, Engineering, PPIC & Warehouse, QC, and QA. Plant A/B assignments may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduate or 1–2 years' experience in Admin, Project Admin, CI, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with formulas, lookup and pivot tables.
• Familiar with PowerPoint, document administration, and basic dashboards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and strong in follow-up.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work with data from multiple departments and meet deadlines.
• Understanding Kaizen/Continuous Improvement or 5S is a plus.
• Willing to work at Plant A/B.

Responsibilities

• Manage CI project records, PIC, timelines, status, evidence, and documents.
• Collect and check CI KPI and benefit data such as savings, saved hours, and ROI.
• Update databases, dashboards, and regular reports.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
• Follow up on overdue actions and coordinate with related departments.
• Support Kaizen, 5S, standardization, audit documentation, and other CI activities.
• Collect and maintain data from Production, Engineering, PPIC & Warehouse, QC, and QA.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, well-organized, and easy to track.
