Job summary

Save The Children Indonesia seeks a psychologist to provide immediate psychosocial support to children and caregivers within MOSA’s Juvenile Protection Division, using Psychological First Aid and structured referrals in a trauma-informed approach.

Role includes coaching social workers, coordinating with MOSA staff, and ensuring alignment with National SOPs while safeguarding confidential information and promoting child-centered services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and license to practice required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in psychological support, MHPSS, and counselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical psychological support to social workers within juvenile case management.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments for identified cases when needed.
• Submit psychological assessment reports to juvenile judges as required.
• Support development of holistic care and case action plans.
