Job summary

DARSYAFII ISLAMIC SCHOOL seeks a qualified psychologist/counselor to support student wellbeing and development within a Sunnah learning environment. The role involves leading homeroom wellbeing programs, guidance for teachers, and collaboration with parents and school leaders.

Candidates should hold a Psychology degree, have at least 2 years of school experience, and be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication. Experience in international or Cambridge-based schools is a plus.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children or within school environments.
• Strong understanding of child development and student wellbeing.

• Able to work professionally with parents, teachers, and leadership teams.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable communicating in English.
• Passionate about Sunnah education and student character development.
• Experience in international or Cambridge-based schools is a plus.
