Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology is required.
  • Master's degree in clinical/educational psychology preferred.
  • Valid professional license/registration is preferred (SIPP or HIMPSI).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Job description

The Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions to support students’ mental health and well-being. This role works closely with teachers, parents, and school leadership to ensure that each student’s emotional, social, and behavioral needs are addressed, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students

Provide individual and group counseling sessions for students

Develop intervention and treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ learning and emotional development

Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with ethical and legal standards

Uphold professional ethics and maintain confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Skills

Min.Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (Master’s Degree in Clinical/Educational Psychology preferred)

Valid professional license/registration (SIPP or HIMPSI preferred)

At least 2–3 years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity

Proficiency in English Language and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
