Qualifications

This is a Psychologist position requiring comprehensive psychological assessment, intervention, and psychotherapy delivery within a professional scope of practice. The role involves working collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary mental healthcare environment, utilizing evidence‑based psychological approaches and digital clinical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments according to the patient's clinical needs
• Provide psychological interventions and psychotherapy within the psychologist's professional scope of practice and competencies
• Develop appropriate treatment and intervention plans based on assessment results and individual patient needs
• Apply evidence‑based psychological approaches in assessment, intervention, and patient care
• Monitor patient progress and conduct appropriate follow‑up evaluations
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential clinical documentation and psychological records
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in providing integrated and multidisciplinary mental healthcare
• Participate in case discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services
• Adapt to and utilize the clinic's Electronic Medical Record (EMR), digital systems, and evolving clinical workflows
• Stay updated with developments in psychology, mental healthcare, and evidence‑based psychological practices

About you

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology
• Master's Degree (S2) in Clinical Psychology / Professional Psychology (Psychologist) or a higher relevant qualification
• Valid and active professional license/registration to practice as a Psychologist in Indonesia
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, supported by valid proof of English proficiency such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Duolingo English Test, English course certificate, or other relevant supporting documents
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based psychological practice and continuous professional development
• Open-minded, collaborative, and able to adapt quickly to new clinical systems, digital workflows, and technology-based healthcare environments
• Strong psychological assessment, communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Able to work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
