PT. Inside Development Group in Bali is seeking a Chief Security to oversee all security operations for guests, staff and assets. You will monitor areas, lead emergency responses, and ensure the proper function of CCTV, access control and fire safety equipment.

The role requires at least 3 years in hotel or luxury villa settings, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with department heads.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or luxury villa operations.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and risk management.
• Knowledge of fire safety, evacuation procedures, first aid, and incident investigation.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to remain calm, decisive, and professional under pressure.
• Strong integrity, discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Fit and capable of conducting regular security inspections and patrols.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Familiarity with local security regulations and coordination with relevant authorities is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure all assigned areas are properly monitored and secured.
• Prepare duty rosters, work schedules, and shift assignments. Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance evaluations for Security personnel.
• Identify potential security risks, vulnerabilities, and safety hazards within the property.
• Lead the response to emergencies, including fire, medical incidents, accidents, security threats, and natural disasters.
• Handle security-related guest concerns and incidents professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure CCTV, access control systems, communication devices, fire safety equipment, and other security tools are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with Heads of Department and Management regarding security matters and operational requirements.
