Job summary

ALSOK Indonesia seeks a Security Team Lead to protect assets and ensure high-quality service. You will lead the Security team, coordinate with Shift Leads, and manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and security procedures.

You will maintain records, collaborate with authorities, and mentor Outsource Security members as needed. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, with independence and strong administration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in security.
• Professionally qualified in Security System and Procedure; must be independent.
• Familiar with basic security requirements and facility security platforms (access management, video monitoring, visitor management).
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; high integrity and discretion.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Protect company assets and ensure efficient customer service within Security.
• Lead shifts and mentor team members; coordinate with Shift Leads.
• Manage security risk assessments and supervise incident investigations.
• Maintain records and documentation; implement security procedures.
• Collaborate with local authorities as needed and report to Global Security leadership.

Job description

• Have a minimum of Security working experience for 5 years or more.
• Professionally qualified in the Security System and Procedure and have a high degree of independence mindset.
• Familiar with basic security requirements and facility security platforms (access management, video monitoring and visitor management systems).
• Excellent communication and inter-personal relation skills, pleasant personality, a team player and possess a high level of integrity.
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism when representing the company
• Proficient in Indonesian language and English communication.
• Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Strong organization skills with good administration ability.
• The role must have a high degree of independence.
• Strong time management with the ability to shift priorities to respond to urgent alarm conditions and events.
• Experience for analysing CCTV footage, developing training plans, conducting training and conducting risk assessments

Preferences:

• Knowledge of Lenel, Milestone, ServiceNow.
• Experience with visitor management systems.
• Experience in procedure writing and training program creation.
• Familiar with Security Verification Procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• The Security Team Lead serves to protect all company assets and ensure fluid, efficient, and effective customer service.
• Foster an attitude of service within the Security team and work closely with Shift Leads to ensure that all shifts are running effectively and as desired.
• Responsible for managing security risk assessments and supervising incident investigations. Maintains a close relationship with the Global Security leadership team on emerging risk reporting, changes to enterprise security procedures, incident reporting and general security incident management.
• Support and administers organizational security plans and operations.
• Maintains records, manuals and documentation.
• Executes procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and company property, day-to-day damage, vandalism, loss prevention and other related security risk programs and meets required codes and regulations.
• Compiles data for loss control and accident reports.
• Coordinates activities with local police and emergency agencies as appropriate.
• Works on and may lead projects of diverse scope with little instruction.
• Demonstrates judgment in providing / suggesting methods to the company.
• Works autonomously with little instruction to solve well-defined problems.
• Presents results according to predefined metrics and makes suggestions to determine appropriate methods.
• The role may provide guidance and/or mentor to Outsource Security members.
• Other duties as required by the company.
