The role requires 10+ years in HR/People Experience with 5+ years in a leadership capacity, and a strong grasp of Indonesian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR/People Experience/OD with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience in startup, logistics, or high-volume ops preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a end-to-end People Experience strategy.
• Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention programs.
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Oversee onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, and learning programs.
