Job summary

PT. TDK Electronics INDONESIA in Batam is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting professional to lead the accounting function, oversee inventory, fixed assets, GL, and monthly closings, and ensure timely financial reporting for the plant.

You will collaborate with Head of Accounting & Finance, support budgeting and forecasting, tax planning, audits, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS, using SAP and MS Excel to maintain accurate records and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Accounting & Finance to run accounting function and reporting
• Manages the Inventory, Fixed Asset, General Ledger (GL) and other accounting matters
• Preparation and assistance for monthly closing tasks
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheet
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations and reporting standards
• Prepare monthly schedule, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported in a timely manner
• Support Head of Accounting & Finance for budget, forecast and overall finance operation
• Involved in the annual budget, plans and policies in line with the Group’s overall strategies and targets
• Assisting all tax related matters within the company (Tax calculation, Tax reporting, Tax planning, Transfer Pricing, etc.)
• Assist in tax planning activities to optimize tax efficiency and minimize liabilities
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and assist tax consultants in the preparation of tax reports and tax audits
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal / external audit requests and SOX compliance data requests
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and financial reports
• Supervise and support team members in daily transactions and reporting
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or its equivalent.


• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing company


• Knowledge:
  
  
  
  • Familiar with Indonesia local GAAP, IFRS
  
  
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Ms.excel
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  
  
  • Able to handle full set accounts.
