Job summary

PT AJEINDONESIA is seeking an IT Lead to direct and coordinate all IT operations in our Indonesian operations. You will provide technical support, administer systems, and ensure reliable day-to-day functionality across networks and devices.

You will oversee network infrastructure, manage inventories, and collaborate with the corporate IT team on global systems. Fortinet FortiGate experience is preferred, and you will respond to incidents and maintain IT policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proven IT support, system administration, and network configuration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Hands-on with firewalls, access points, switches, and network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents.

Ability to manage stressful situations and respond quickly to incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Fortinet devices and tools.

Knowledge of FortiGate configuration and management.
