Job summary

GREEN POYA RESORT & SPA in Selong Belanak, Lombok, is seeking a Chief Engineering to oversee the resort's maintenance, engineering operations, and technical facilities.

You will lead the engineering team, develop preventive maintenance plans, monitor critical systems, and ensure safety and reliability across all utilities.

Hospitality background is preferred; willingness to live and work on Lombok is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel/resort maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop maintenance schedules and preventive plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in Selong Belanak, Lombok.
• Able to lead an engineering team and manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Ensure all resort facilities and utilities function properly.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor electrical systems, water, AC, pumps, generators and other systems.
• Manage engineering team and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee spare parts and maintenance costs.
• Ensure safety standards and resort procedures are followed.

We are looking for a Chief Engineering to join our team and take responsibility for the overall maintenance, engineering operations, and technical facilities of the resort.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel/resort
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Able to lead and manage an engineering team
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to prepare maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Willing to work in Selong Belanak, Lombok

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
