Job summary

Ciputra Group is seeking a Chief Engineer for its Jakarta property portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and has 5+ years of experience in related facilities management.

You will oversee the engineering department, including budgeting, scheduling, and monthly reporting, and ensure high-rise building operations run safely and efficiently. Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in maintaining high rise buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the engineering department for a high-rise facility.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil and genset maintenance.

Experienced on maintaining high rise building.
