Job summary

JLL in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Building Operations Manager to oversee technical building systems, lead teams, and drive preventive maintenance. You will coordinate projects, manage vendor relationships, and report on activities while ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert certification, at least five years of building operations experience, and a K3L certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Certification: SKA/SKK Building Maintenance Expert - Intermediate Level (SKA/SKK Ahli Perawatan Bangunan Gedung Tingkat Madya)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in building operations
• Value Added: Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (K3L) Certificate

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical building systems (MEP, HVAC, fire safety, elevators)
• Lead and supervise technical teams
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate technical projects and renovations
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships
• Review and report on monthly work activities
• Execute energy-saving programs
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
