Mekari’s Next Level Internship Program invites ambitious students to join a high-growth SaaS environment and work as a Chatbot Specialist Intern. You will configure and revise chatbot AI flows, test for accuracy, and train clients on the product.

Responsibilities

• Chatbot Configuration & Revision: Create and update chatbot AI flow to client needs and correct errors.
• Chatbot testing: Run tests to identify inaccuracies or AI hallucinations.
• Training to Clients: Conduct training on features and usage of the AI chatbot product.
• Monitoring: Track chatbot performance post-implementation to ensure quality.

Job Description

• Chatbot Configuration & Revision: Create and update chatbot AI flow based on client requests by thoroughly understanding the client's specific needs and objectives. Also, do the chatbot revisions if there are any mistakes or errors.
• Chatbot testing: Perform testing sessions to identify issues such as inaccurate responses, AI hallucinations, and configuration errors.
• Training to Clients: Conduct training sessions for clients to explain features and usage of the AI chatbot product.
• Monitoring: Monitor AI chatbot performance post-implementation to ensure optimal quality.

Requirements

• Final-year student (preferably majoring in Information Systems or Communications).
• Generative AI & LLM Proficiency: Practical daily experience utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to optimize daily workflows, paired with a solid understanding of basic prompt engineering principles.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking when presenting chatbot flows or updates to internal teams.
• Nice to have:
• REST API Fundamentals: Clear understanding of RESTful API concepts and hands-on experience consuming, testing, or integrating web endpoints.
