You will configure and revise AI chatbot flows, test for accuracy, and train clients on usage of the AI product. Qualifications

• Final-year student from Indonesia preferred in Information Systems or Communications.
• Strong daily experience with Generative AI and LLM tools.
• Willing to commit to a 6-month internship and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Chatbot Configuration & Revision: create and update chatbot AI flow per client needs.
• Chatbot testing: identify issues like inaccurate responses and configuration errors.
• Training to Clients: conduct sessions explaining features and usage of the AI chatbot product.
• Monitoring: track chatbot performance post-implementation for quality.
