Legends Bistro Bar & Sports in Bali seeks enthusiastic Charter Sales Staff to promote and sell charter experiences, private events and venue packages, driving revenue and creating memorable experiences while representing the Legends brand with professionalism and passion.

You will build relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies, prepare proposals, handle bookings and payments, and work with operations to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in hospitality, retail or a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clients.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple client requirements.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS technology.
• Fluency in English; other languages are desirable.

About the role

Legends Bistro Bar & Sports is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Charter Sales Staff to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where you'll be at the forefront of promoting and selling our charter experiences and exclusive venue packages. You will play a vital role in driving revenue and creating memorable experiences for our clients whilst representing the Legends brand with professionalism and passion.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively promote and sell charter packages, private events and exclusive venue bookings to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and individual customers to generate repeat business
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their requirements and recommend tailored charter and event solutions
• Prepare quotations and proposals for charter services and special events in a timely and professional manner
• Process bookings, handle payments and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and service delivery
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client enquiries or concerns professionally
• Actively engage with walk-in customers and convert interest into bookings
• Stay informed about all charter packages, dining options, entertainment offerings and venue capabilities to provide comprehensive information to clients

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of the Bali tourism and hospitality sector is advantageous
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable
