Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a strategic Operations role to work directly with the CEO and leadership team. You will solve strategic challenges, drive special projects, and turn ideas into measurable results by moving between research, data, partnerships, and operations with speed and precision.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, develop reports, and track OKRs/KPIs, while identifying growth opportunities and improvements through insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in management consulting, business strategy, or startup operations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO in strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives.
• Conduct business and market analyses to guide high-impact decisions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track company OKRs, KPIs, and special project timelines.
• Collaborate across teams (marketing, product, partnerships, operations) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through data and insights.
