Job summary

Pensieve is offering a Business Strategy Intern position in Jakarta. You will work closely with senior leadership to tackle real business challenges, shape key initiatives, and contribute to work that matters.

You will frame problems, develop presentations, and help monitor OKR frameworks while gathering data to surface insights for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills - able to translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides; familiarity with Excel or data tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
