Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support CEO on day-to-day activities, including research, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and reports for meetings with internal teams, partners, and investors.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring key projects, ensuring progress and alignment with company goals.
• Take notes, prepare minutes of meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide general administrative support (scheduling, document preparation, organizing files, etc.).
