Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading organisation in the Healthcare industry to hire a Senior Executive, Business Performance and CEO Office. This opportunity is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Position Overview
Support the CEO in driving strategic priorities, executive coordination, and organisational execution across a complex healthcare organisation.
Provide executive-level visibility of business performance, strategic initiatives, key risks, and critical actions to enable effective decision-making and organisational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key coordination partner to the CEO, working closely with senior executives and business leaders across the organisation.
- Maintain a consolidated view of business and operational performance, key priorities, emerging risks, outstanding issues, and matters requiring senior executive attention.
- Coordinate the follow-up and execution of decisions and directives from the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and progress tracking.
- Prepare concise executive briefs and management updates for business and operational reviews, highlighting key developments, risks, unresolved matters, and decisions required.
- Monitor strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, major projects, and cross-functional programmes requiring executive-level oversight.
- Identify significant deviations or emerging issues across financial, operational, clinical, workforce, and project performance, and facilitate appropriate escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functional matters involving multiple business units or functions while maintaining clear accountability with the relevant executives and leaders.
- Support the CEO in establishing a consistent operating cadence through structured performance reviews, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Develop executive-level decision papers, issue summaries, management reports, and other materials required to support senior-level decision-making.
- Work closely with corporate functions and operating leadership to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear actions and effectively followed through to completion.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 8-12+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, or senior management roles within healthcare and hospitals.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating strategic initiatives, transformation programmes, major projects, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to assess business performance, identify material issues, and determine matters requiring senior executive attention.
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders without relying on formal line authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, business judgement, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear priorities, recommendations, and actions.
- Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise management briefs, decision papers, presentations, and executive-level updates.
- Comfortable operating across corporate functions and multiple business or operational units within a complex organisation.
