Qualifications

8–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or senior roles in healthcare.
Experience coordinating strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Serve as a coordination partner to the CEO with senior executives across the organisation.
Maintain a consolidated view of business performance, priorities, risks, and actions.
Coordinate follow-up of decisions with clear ownership, timelines, and progress tracking.
Prepare concise executive briefs and management updates for reviews.
Monitor strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and major cross-functional programmes.
Identify deviations or issues across financial, operational, clinical, workforce, and project performance.
Coordinate cross-functional matters with accountability to executives and leaders.
Support the CEO in establishing a structured operating cadence with action tracking.
Develop executive papers, issue summaries, and management reports for senior decision-making.
Translate strategic priorities into clear actions across corporate functions.
