Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sport Center Manager to lead the new wellness hub in Pangkalpinang, Indonesia, guiding both daily operations and growth initiatives as a founding manager and primary architect of the business strategy.

You will drive community programs, promotions, and events, manage cross-functional teams, ensure service excellence, and build partnerships with sports groups, government agencies, and private partners to deliver high-performance customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in management or sports-related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in facility/fitness/sports center management.
• Leadership and communication: strong leadership, proactive, adaptable to fast-paced env.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in line with SOPs.
• Manage operational budget and prepare performance reports.
• Design and execute online/offline promotions and events.
• Build relationships with sports communities, government agencies, and private partners.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance; handle complaints.
• Lead staff across operations, cleaning, and security.
