Job summary

Pt Sannin Brother Megah is seeking an organized and customer-focused Catering Sales Coordinator to support catering operations in Depok. You will be the first contact for inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or sales support experience, preferably in hospitality or events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming catering inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare detailed and accurate catering proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
• Maintain the sales database and client records, ensuring information is up-to-date.
• Coordinate with the events and culinary teams to confirm service feasibility and details.
• Assist in scheduling client consultations and tastings.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
