Job summary

Peoplyee in Cikarang seeks an Assistant Manager, Cast Iron Production to monitor daily targets, supervise shop-floor activities, allocate personnel, and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime. The candidate should hold a Diploma in Engineering with 5 years in iron casting and 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience with engine components (cylinder blocks or similar) is preferred; willing to work in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (minimum)
• 5+ years of iron casting experience
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of iron casting processes and shop-floor production control
• Experience with engine components such as cylinder blocks preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure production follows plan.
• Supervise shop-floor activities: personnel allocation, machinery utilization, casting processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Lead Supervisors, Team Leaders, and operators to meet productivity, quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvements in efficiency and quality.
