Job summary

Mattel in Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor for Final Assembly or Die Cast that monitors daily production processes, quality, and safety across multiple shifts. You will lead a team of over 100 operators and drive continuous improvement to support production goals.

You will coordinate with Facilities and Engineering to ensure preventive maintenance and uphold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Wiling to work rotating 3 shifts from Monday to Saturday, based in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as Production Supervisor in Final Assembly or Die Cast, supervising 100+ operators.
Willing to work rotating 3 shifts Monday to Saturday.
Willing to be stationed in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

Daily monitoring of production processes to ensure performance, quality, and safety targets.
Identify and implement improvements to increase product quality and reduce non-value-added work.
Coordinate with Facilities and Engineering for preventive maintenance of equipment and tooling.
Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance through documented procedures and audits.
Supervise labor distribution and ensure schedule adherence to meet customer requirements.
Control labor costs and drive efficiency in primary production processes.
