Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is looking for a friendly cashier to join our growing brownie and specialty shop in Indonesia. You will greet customers, operate the POS, handle cash and digital payments, and balance the register daily, ensuring a smooth checkout process.

You’ll take orders, answer questions with confidence, and suggest menu items based on customer preferences, while maintaining a clean, inviting counter area. English fluency is essential for international customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Job Description

Greet every customer with a warm, friendly, and engaging personality, creating a memorable front-of-house experience.

Operate the POS system accurately, handle cash and digital transactions, and manage daily register balancing.

Take customer orders efficiently, answer product questions clearly, and offer personalized recommendations from our menu.

Communicate fluently and effectively in English to assist international or English-speaking customers.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout counter and front display area.

Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are served or packaged correctly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Front-of-House Staff, or in a customer service role within F&B.

Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with excellent, confident verbal communication skills.

Outgoing, highly social, and genuinely passionate about interacting with people.

Highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle fast-paced environments with a positive attitude.

Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
