PT. Rock Wellness Investments in Bali is seeking a cashier to greet guests and handle transactions with accuracy at the front of house.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cashier experience in hospitality, basic English is a plus, and a neat appearance. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry.
Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good grooming and professional appearance.
Basic English communication is an advantage.
Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Process cash, debit/credit card, QRIS, and other digital payment transactions accurately.
Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the POS system.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash reports.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front-of-house area.
Promote ongoing promotions, memberships, or special offers when applicable.
Follow company SOPs regarding cash handling, security, and guest service. These responsibilities align with common restaurant cashier practices in the hospitality industry.
