Job summary

PT. Rock Wellness Investments in Bali is seeking a cashier to greet guests and handle transactions with accuracy at the front of house.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cashier experience in hospitality, basic English is a plus, and a neat appearance. Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry.
• Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Basic English communication is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, debit/credit card, QRIS, and other digital payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the POS system.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Reconcile daily sales and prepare cash reports.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and front-of-house area.
• Promote ongoing promotions, memberships, or special offers when applicable.
• Follow company SOPs regarding cash handling, security, and guest service. These responsibilities align with common restaurant cashier practices in the hospitality industry.
