About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Cashier to join our team at PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position is responsible for accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining detailed financial records to support the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and process cash, cheque, and credit/debit card payments from customers
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at daily basis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting tasks as required
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Min. HSK 3 in Mandarin (or equivalent)
