J.P. Morgan Indonesia is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist day-to-day cash operations activities in Jakarta. You will process transaction documents, conduct reconciliations, and prepare reports while ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

This fixed-term maternity cover role emphasizes attention to detail and timely delivery. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Banking/Accounting/Finance, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in bank operations support preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic accounting knowledge required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office incl. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process transaction documents, monitoring activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Follow procedures, prepare analysis and reports, and process exceptions.
• Escalate unusual issues to the manager promptly.
• Monitor supporting documents for outstanding transactions.
• Validate and screen documents per regulations.
• Register documents in the tracking system.
• Prepare reconciliation reports including SWIFT and nostro reconciliations.
• Retrieve and compile SWIFT data daily.
• Prepare audit confirmation data reports.
• Prepare GLRS documentation.
• Validate signatory updates in systems.
• Maintain documentation in hardcopy and softcopy formats.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
