Qualifications

• Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di operasional bank (fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar).
• Pengetahuan akuntansi dasar.
• Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan komunikasi yang baik.
• Kemampuan mengelola waktu dan multitugas dengan tenggat waktu.

Description

Join Indonesia Cash Operations and support day-to-day activities that keep transaction processing accurate, controlled, and compliant. You will work across document checks, reconciliations, and reporting, partnering with the team to resolve exceptions and meet deadlines. This role is a good fit if you are detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

As an Operations Support team member in Indonesia Cash Operations (Jakarta Branch), you will process transaction documents, complete monitoring and reconciliations, and prepare reporting in line with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will follow defined processes, handle exceptions, and elevate issues when required. You will also maintain strong documentation discipline across both electronic and hardcopy records.

Job responsibilities

• Process transaction documents, monitoring activities, reconciliations, and reporting in line with policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow defined procedures, prepare analysis and reports, and process exceptions.
• Escalate unusual issues to the manager promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on supporting documents for outstanding transactions.
• Validate and screen supporting documents and process them as required by regulations.
• Register documents in the tracking application.
• Prepare reconciliation reports within cash operations, including SWIFT, nostro, and partner bank reconciliations.
• Retrieve and compile SWIFT data on a daily basis.
• Prepare audit confirmation data reports.
• Prepare GLRS documentation.
• Validate signatory updates in relevant systems.
• Maintain documentation in both hardcopy and softcopy formats.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bank operations support is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience supporting cash operations reconciliations and document screening processes.
• Experience working with SWIFT data retrieval or SWIFT-related processes.
