JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Indonesia's Jakarta Branch is seeking an Operations Support professional to maintain accurate, compliant transaction processing. You'll handle document checks, reconciliations, and reporting, working with the team to resolve exceptions and meet deadlines.

This 6-month fixed-term maternity cover role requires detail orientation, strong time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced cash operations environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bank operations support is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process transaction documents, monitoring activities, reconciliations, and reporting in line with policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow defined procedures, prepare analysis and reports, and process exceptions.
• Escalate unusual issues to the manager promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on supporting documents for outstanding transactions.
• Validate and screen supporting documents and process them as required by regulations.
• Register documents in the tracking application.
• Prepare reconciliation reports within cash operations, including SWIFT, nostro, and partner bank reconciliations.
• Retrieve and compile SWIFT data on a daily basis.
• Prepare audit confirmation data reports.
• Prepare GLRS documentation.
• Validate signatory updates in relevant systems.
• Maintain documentation in both hardcopy and softcopy formats.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
