PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Jr. Finance (Temporary for Maternity Leave) in Jakarta Utara to support invoicing, AR collections, and month-end processes. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 6 months in finance or AR, with strong Excel skills and good English.

Ideal for candidates who can join immediately and are looking for a temporary opportunity in a fast-paced finance team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Finance, Accounting, or AR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to join immediately.

Mansioni

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
• Maintain financial records, including bank books and AR receipt journals.
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Perform other Finance and Accounting tasks as assigned.
