Job summary

TP in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a proactive Community & Partnership Associate to build and nurture relationships with universities, government bodies, communities, and external partners to strengthen recruitment and employer branding.

You will identify new sourcing channels, coordinate recruitment events, and represent the company at career fairs and campus activities, while managing multiple partnerships in a high-mobility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Community Partnership, Recruitment, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, schools, government institutions, communities, job portals, and other strategic partners.
• Proactively identify and manage new sourcing channels and partnership opportunities to meet hiring objectives.
• Represent the company in external meetings, networking events, and campus engagement programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and partnership-related events such as job fairs and campus hiring programs.
• Demonstrate strong networking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with external partners.
• Monitor partnership performance and sourcing effectiveness, and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
