Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a proactive People & Culture Intern for University Partnership & Community Engagement in Medan, Indonesia. This on-site role (4–5 days/week) offers hands-on experience in campus engagement, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.

You will support stakeholder coordination, event execution, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to gain practical insights into employer branding and recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in final year with internship eligibility.
• Active involvement in student organizations or leadership roles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Interest in training, learning & development, or content creation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support University Relations & Campus Engagement initiatives.
• Assist in stakeholder management and event coordination.
• Contribute to talent pipeline development and recruitment activities.
• Document observations, insights, and lessons learned from campus engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to gain practical recruiting insights.
