Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading is seeking a proactive student to support Personal Shopping and partnership activities. The role involves handling administration, updating catalogs, maintaining databases, and assisting with group visits and guest experiences at the Welcome Lounge.

The candidate will help execute partnership programs, engage customers, and prepare operational needs for events, blending field work with office duties and offering exposure to marketing and customer experience

Qualifications

• Active university student pursuing Economy, Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Interested in marketing, partnership, and customer experience.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both in the field and in the office.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Willing to be placed at Summarecon Villaggio Outlets.

Responsabilités

• Handle administration for Personal Shopping and Partnership activities.
• Manage catalog updates, database maintenance, and reporting.
• Assist with group visits, greeting guests and complimentary redemption at Welcome Lounge.
• Support execution of partnership programs and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare operational and administrative needs before and during activities.
