You’ll oversee concept development, partnerships, execution, and impact measurement to drive tangible outcomes for thousands of students. This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of education, community, and execution, and who wants to see

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and project management, preferably in education, youth, or non-profit sectors.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills — you keep things moving.
• Clear communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Drive applications, engagement, and visibility of SejutaCita programs (events, scholarships, Model United Nations conference, or leadership bootcamps).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and communication flow.
• Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve program quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and sponsors.
