Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and special offers.
• Monitor social media performance and respond to customer inquiries when required.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to promote new menu items and business initiatives.
• Build relationships with media partners, and external vendors.
• Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.
