Job summary

CFACTORY.CO in Jakarta is seeking a Growth Marketing lead to drive the expansion of our F&B brand client. You will design experiments, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Sales teams to boost activation, retention, and revenue across the customer lifecycle.

You will oversee digital ads, analyze GA4 data, develop lifecycle segmentation, and build Looker Studio dashboards to report insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of growth-related marketing experience.
• Proven track record in market expansion and scaling.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, funnel analysis, CRO, and paid acquisition.
• Ability to interpret GA4 and ad reports into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives across digital and offline activations to drive revenue and share.
• Analyze the full customer journey to maximize conversions and retention.
• Oversee performance of digital advertising with a focus on ROAS and CPA.
• Design cross-channel campaigns bridging digital and physical touchpoints.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to drive repeat orders.
• Build dashboards in Looker Studio/GA4 and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Sales teams.
