The role involves image building, budget planning, digital marketing, loyalty programs, product launches, and collaboration with the design team to create effective marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/PR or equivalent.
• 10+ years in marketing, communications, and 5+ years as Marketing Communication Manager (FnB).
• Sound understanding of marketing and branding.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, data-driven thinking.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Building image brands, strategic management, and product management.
• Plan and develop marketing activities, customer loyalty strategies, product launches, promo campaigns and events.
• Plan and manage marketing budget with post evaluation analysis & monitor market trends.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media.
• Overseeing and collaborating with Design Team to develop marketing tools.
• Develop customer loyalty programs, website and social media.
