Job summary

Blibli Private Label (BPL) is seeking a Business Unit Strategist to own end-to-end P&L for the consumer electronics brand, driving strategic direction and profitable growth with cross-functional teams across merchandising, supply chain, and marketing.

You will define the brand roadmap, lead annual/quarterly planning, and oversee product lifecycle from development to optimization, ensuring a competitive, differentiated portfolio. 6-month contract period to start, full-time thereafter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is highly preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in business management, general management, or category leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong experience across product management, commercial strategy, and operations.
• Background in consumer electronics, technology products, or related industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and cost control.
• Set and deliver business targets through effective financial planning and forecasting.
• Monitor overall business performance and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Define and drive long-term business vision, strategy, and roadmap for the brand portfolio.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles and ensure strong execution.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from development, launch, to ongoing optimization.
• Define product roadmap based on market trends, consumer insights, and business goals.
• Ensure product portfolio is competitive, relevant, and differentiated in the market.
• Lead expansion initiatives, including new product lines, channels, and market opportunities.
