Job summary

PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, BALITOWER, is seeking a Business System Analyst in Jakarta to bridge management and IT, gathering system needs and designing solutions that align with business goals.

You will develop use cases, functional specifications and technical requirements, ensuring user needs are met with clear documentation. One year of experience is preferred; Jira familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.
• Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Understanding Database and Table.
• Familiar with Jira.
