Responsibilities

• Translate business documents, reports, emails, and other materials accurately between Mandarin and English/Indonesian.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, discussions, and daily communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between local employees and Mandarin-speaking expatriates across various business functions.
• Support cross-functional teams by ensuring smooth communication in both operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the accuracy of all translated and interpreted information.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to translation and communication support.
• Gain exposure to multicultural work environments by collaborating with local and international teams.
