Job summary

Eka Jaya Group is seeking a Business Process Improvement & Digitalization Assistant Manager to lead risk management, audits, and process optimization across departments. The role focuses on building the risk register, monitoring KRIs, and driving digital modernization of SOPs and workflows.

You will map and improve business processes, align controls with risk, and partner with IT and stakeholders to implement GRC systems and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Risk Management, Internal/External Audit (Big 4 preferred), or Business Process Improvement, including 1–2 years in a Assistant Manager role.
• Certifications such as CRMAP, CIA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are advantageous.
• Solid understanding of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
• Skilled in audit techniques, audit working paper preparation, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in business process mapping using MS Visio, Bizagi, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage the Risk Register across all company departments, assess risk impact and probability, and formulate mitigation strategies with heads of department.
• Regularly monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and report potential breaches of risk tolerance.
• Map, document, and review SOPs and workflows, identify redundancies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks, and propose digitalization or simplification solutions.
• Ensure newly designed processes include risk control points to strengthen the control environment.
• Develop a risk-based Annual Audit Plan and lead field/document audits for SOP compliance and external regulations.
• Prepare Audit Result Reports, identify root causes, and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Monitor corrective actions progress and ensure closure and effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic risk and compliance reports for senior management and facilitate training on risk awareness and SOP compliance.
• Identify processes for digitalization and coordinate with IT/vendors on GRC systems and workflow automation, ensuring real-time dashboards for KRI and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal/External Audit (Big 4 preferred), or Business Process Improvement, including 1–2 years in a Assistant Manager role

• Solid understanding of risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM

• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to challenge existing processes across departments

Job Description:

• Risk Management: Develop, update, and manage the Risk Register across all company departments, assess the potential impact and probability of risks, and formulate mitigation strategies together with relevant heads of department.
• Risk Monitoring: Regularly monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and report any potential breaches of risk tolerance limits to ensure timely management action.
• Business Process Improvement: Map, document, and review company SOPs and workflows, identify redundancies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks, and propose digitalization or simplification solutions.
• Process & Risk Alignment: Ensure newly designed business processes incorporate appropriate risk control points to strengthen the overall control environment.
• Audit Planning & Execution: Develop a risk-based Annual Audit Plan and lead field/document audits to ensure employee compliance with company SOPs and applicable external regulations.
• Audit Findings & Recommendations: Prepare objective Audit Result Reports (ARR), identify root causes of issues, and provide concrete, actionable improvement recommendations.
• Audit Follow-up: Monitor the implementation of corrective actions by relevant departments based on previous audit findings to ensure closure and effectiveness.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare periodic reports on the company's risk profile and business process compliance status for senior management, and facilitate risk awareness and SOP compliance training across all employee levels.
• Digitalization of Processes & Systems: Identify manual/paper-based processes with potential for digitalization, coordinate with IT teams or vendors on GRC systems and workflow automation, and ensure the Risk Register, SOPs, and audit documentation are managed within an integrated digital system with real-time dashboards for KRI and compliance status.
