Target Media Nusantara welcomes applications for a Business Operation Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role focuses on driving venue partnerships, managing financial workflows, and scaling operational growth across our indoor OOH network.

You will work with Acquisition, Legal, and Finance teams to handle contracts, invoicing, reporting, and revenue-sharing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English for professional and financial correspondence.
• Experience in partnership development or stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with advanced formulas, lookups, and pivots.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end business operations and admin workflows for venue partnerships.
• Oversee contract preparations, negotiations, signings, renewals, and documentation.
• Coordinate installation schedules and cross-functional documentation tracking.
• Prepare and distribute monthly venue revenue-sharing reports and validations.
• Oversee venue invoice submissions and resolve disputes to prevent delays.
• Verify invoices against revenue-sharing reports and support payment processes.
• Monitor payment tracking to completion and maintain audit-trail records.
• Coordinate venue content requests with Media teams for approvals and schedules.
• Serve as the admin contact for venue partners handling inquiries.
