Kitar is a fast-growing tech company focused on second-hand mobile phone recycling and sustainable consumption. We are seeking a Business Management Trainee (Intern) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer engagement, and sustainable practices.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience, proficient in English, and passionate about mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Final year students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Minimum GPA of 3.20.
• Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.

Responsibilities

• Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.
• Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.
• Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.
• Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.
• Work in Kitar stores.
• For door-to-door services, visit the customer's preferred location (residential address, office etc).

Kitar is a fast-growing tech company specialising in second-hand mobile phone recycling and selling. We are on a mission to promote sustainable consumption by extending product lifecycles and reducing carbon emissions.

We are currently looking for passionate Business Management Trainee (Intern) to join us, who will play a key role in delivering great in-store experiences and supporting our efforts in mobile phone recycling. You will learn the ins and outs of store operations while helping customers and contributing to a more sustainable future.

Main Responsibilities:

• Represent Kitar and help customers understand our brand and services.


• Assist in providing mobile phone recycling consultations and basic quality checks.


• Help respond to customer service and after-sales inquiries.


• Contribute to maintaining positive customer relationships through friendly and professional engagement.


• Work in Kitar stores.


• For door-to-door services, you will need to visit the customer's preferred location (i.e residential address, office etc).


• Required to wear uniforms.


• Equipped with professional quality inspection tools.

Requirements:

• Final year students who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year experience.


• A minimum GPA (or IPK) of 3.20.


• Available for a full-time 6-month paid internship.


• Proficient verbal and written English skills.


• Passionate about mobile phone gadgets and the industry.


• Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
