Job summary

MNC Leasing (PT. MNC Guna Usaha Indonesia) is seeking a Business Manager HETO – All Indonesia, a contract, on-site role based in Pontianak.

You will drive growth in heavy equipment financing by leading dealer networks, coordinating with credit, operations, and collections, and ensuring strong portfolio performance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multifinance with Heavy Equipment Financing expertise, proven leadership, and a robust network across mining, construction, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the multifinance industry, with at least 3 years in Heavy Equipment Financing.
• Minimum 2 years in Supervisor or Manager level, with team management and branch profitability experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B/Corporate Financing in mining, construction, plantation, and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HETO financing.
• Manage relationships with dealers, suppliers, corporate clients, and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end financing processes and monitor sales performance.
