Job summary

Bayer Radiology Indonesia seeks a highly motivated Business Manager to drive commercial performance and strengthen distributor partnerships across Indonesia. You will manage top-line and bottom-line results for Medical Device and Contrast Media portfolios while collaborating with internal teams, distributors, OEMs, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years in Radiology, strong English, and travel readiness.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Radiology industry.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and healthcare customer environments.
• Experience managing distributors, partnerships, or customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of business strategies to drive growth in the Radiology portfolio in Indonesia.
• Manage and optimize relationships with Medical Device and Contrast Media distributors to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive customer engagement activities and support customer-facing teams in achieving sales and solution goals.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Clinical Applications, Service Engineers, Marketing, and Regional stakeholders to maximize performance.
• Support annual sales planning, operational planning, resource allocation, and business reviews.
• Contribute to injector connectivity platform strategies and channel management initiatives.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, radiology departments, OEM partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration with Bayer's DSO model and leadership values.
• Support significant commercial projects and strategic partnerships in Radiology.

Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to support the growth and success of Bayer Radiology in Indonesia. This role will be instrumental in driving commercial performance, strengthening customer engagement, managing distributor partnerships, and advancing innovative healthcare solutions across the radiology landscape in Indonesia.

Your Role

As Business Manager, Radiology Indonesia, you will support the Country Division Head (CDH) in achieving commercial objectives for Bayer's Radiology business. You will be responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line performance of the Medical Device and Contrast Media portfolios while collaborating closely with internal teams, external distributors, OEM partners, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the execution of business strategies to drive sustainable growth across the Radiology portfolio in Indonesia.
• Manage and optimize relationships with Medical Device and Contrast Media distributors to achieve commercial objectives.
• Drive customer engagement activities and support customer-facing teams in achieving sales and solution management goals.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists, Clinical Applications, Service Engineers, Marketing, and Regional stakeholders to maximize business performance.
• Support annual sales planning, operational planning, resource allocation, and business reviews.
• Contribute to the implementation of injector connectivity platform strategies and channel management initiatives.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, radiology departments, OEM partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration and alignment with Bayer's Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) model and VACC leadership values.
• Support significant commercial projects, business initiatives, and strategic partnerships across the Radiology ecosystem.

Who You Are

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the Radiology industry.
• Strong understanding of radiology clinical workflows and healthcare customer environments.
• Experience managing distributors, commercial partnerships, or customer-facing business operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel and support field operations across Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with leading radiology OEM customers ( examples are Siemens Healthineers, GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, or similar healthcare technology providers).
• Experience supporting CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, or Cath Lab environments.
• Knowledge of DICOM, RIS, HIS, HL7, PACS, and radiology informatics solutions.
• Experience working with healthcare technology, medical devices, diagnostic imaging solutions, or contrast media portfolios.
