Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a BI Analyst to gather requirements and translate them into BI-driven solutions. You will translate business needs into documentation and collaborate with internal teams and users to deliver data visualizations and dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL, data processing, BI visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), and experience with ERP systems like SAP. Effective communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Information, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience creating data visualizations with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc).
• Strong understanding of basic statistics and data processing including data cleansing and wrangling.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and understanding of business processes.

2. Identify and translate user requirement into Business Intelligence (BI) driven solutions

3. Translate business need into requirement and documentation (BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, etc)

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience: Min 3 years' experience
• Skills:

• a. Understanding of relational database concepts.
• b. Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries.
• c. Skilled in data processing, including data cleansing and data wrangling.
• d. Experienced in creating data visualization using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc).
• e. Strong understanding of basic statistics.
• f. Experienced with ERP system (e.g SAP) and understanding of business process.

4. Interpersonal and Communication skills
