The role focuses on pre-fixture revenue analysis, project performance tracking, fleet utilization, and building lasting client relationships across Eastern Indonesia. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential; a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in shipping are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major with understanding of shipping industry.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, preferably shipping.
• Experience in project administration and shipping contracts.
• Knowledge of shipping ops including transhipment and long-hauls.
• Ability to monitor cargo volumes, revenue, and fleet utilization.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and CRM skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and team player.

Responsabilités

• Monitor project performance and achieve cargo volume and revenue targets for time and freight charter projects.
• Conduct Pre-Fixture Analysis (PFA) to evaluate potential revenue before shipment.
• Evaluate project performance, identify deviations, and suggest improvements.
• Identify additional fleet requirements to support projects in Eastern Indonesia and spot port ops.
• Coordinate with Operations and other teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor project administration, including invoice processing and SPAL docs.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and customer satisfaction surveys to support growth.
