Job summary

Smart Salary in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify and secure new opportunities, forge strong client and partner relationships, and expand market presence in fintech, SaaS, or HRIS sectors.

You will conduct market analyses, prepare English pitches, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to support onboarding and client success while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; fintech/SaaS/HRIS preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with travel flexibility.
